By using the Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service or any of its features without prior notice. Additionally, we may amend these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of them.

By consenting to Unorthodox the Label's SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Unorthodox the Label through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

Participation in this program is voluntary, and you are not obligated to sign up for it to make purchases from Unorthodox the Label. We do not charge for the Service; however, you are responsible for any charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. If you are subscribed to other Unorthodox the Label mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you must opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
